MANILA, Philippines – According to PAGASA, the Philippines might see two cyclones form or enter this May as the temperature continues to rise in the country.
It was stated in their forecast that there are two possible cyclone tracks that will enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility, wherein one possible typhoon track could see a storm approach the landmass of the country before drifting away.
Eastern Visayas, Bicol region, MIMAROPA, and CALABARZON are going to be affected if the cyclone is developed in the eastern section of Mindanao before it exits towards West Philippine Sea and move away from the land.
PAGASA weather specialist Rhea Torres said that no cyclones are expected to affect the country until next week.
